SEAL the Deal

Welcome to your BONUS course content! Sealing the DEAL!!

What you will need for this course is a quiet, comfortable place with a surface for writing, a couple of pieces of paper, a pen or pencil, and 20 or so minutes to complete the exercise.

So. You’ve JUST enrolled in your coaching program. You are on FIRE! Unstoppable! Ready to make some changes, and this time FOR GOOD. You are anxious to GET STARTED. You want to start RIGHT AWAY and yet, sometimes it’s not possible. So you sit and wait. There you are, you’ve made the decision, unable to take action. No matter HOW committed you were when you enrolled, after a while your motivation may dwindle. You may start second guessing yourself. Why did I sign up for that program anyway? Will it get me the results I want? Do I really have time for one more activity? Why did I spend the money on myself when there are other needs to be met? The questions can go on and on, and you can completely talk yourself out of getting your heart’s desire before you even start.

NOT THIS TIME.

This time, you are going to SEAL the DEAL and stay connected!! Connected to what? The reason you made the decision to invest in yourself in the first place and the value that this process can bring to your life, not just in the upcoming weeks, but for the rest of your life!

Let’s get started. I want you to grab your paper and your pen or pencil and draw a small circle at the bottom of your page, then another circle that encompasses the first, then another and another and another. You should have 5 circles total that look like this:

In the first (bottom most circle), I want you to write the results you wish to obtain from coaching. Whatever your result is, write it there.

In the next circle, I want you to write how getting your heart’s desire will positively impact your finances.

In the next circle, I want you to write how getting your heart’s desire will positively impact your health and wellbeing.

In the next circle, I want you to write how getting your heart’s desire will positively impact your family/other significant relationships.

And, in the last circle, I want you to write how getting your heart’s desire will positively impact your future.

Once you have completed part one of the Seal the Deal exercise, I want you to read your responses back to yourself, OUT LOUD. Start with the results you want, or the bottom circle, and end with the future, or top circle.

How does it feel to hear your heart’s desire for lasting change OUT LOUD?

Can you see how important it is for you to commit now? And every day until we start?

You owe it to yourself to stay motivated.

Now it is time for part two of the Sealing the Deal exercise. Go ahead and get a blank piece of paper and your pen or pencil and draw a small circle at the bottom of your page, then another circle that encompasses the first, then another and another and another.  You should have 5 circles total that look just like the ones you drew before.

In the first (bottom most circle), I want you to write what it will cost you (in terms of loss) if you do not stay committed to your heart’s desire.

In the next circle, I want you to write how not getting your heart’s desire will impact your finances.

In the next circle, I want you to write how not getting your heart’s desire will impact your health and wellbeing.

In the next circle, I want you to write how not getting your heart’s desire will impact your family/other significant relationships.

And, in the last circle, I want you to write how not getting your heart’s desire will impact your future.
